Last Sunday, we had a great turnout for the latest round of our annual Scale Steering Competition. The winds were fairly light & the sun shone all day for us. Robin Lee won the Scale Steering Competition with a maximum two clear rounds. He then went on to show an impressive display in the Club 500 race, that was until he crashed into the island & turned over! This allowed Neil Martin to come through & win the race.
We were also treated to a first 'successful' sail of David Petts new scale sail project "Bounty". it performed well even in the light winds.
